Cancellation policies

In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking by the Client, the same must pay to the hotel the following amounts of penalty:

- 75% of holiday total sum, for written cancellations received from 29th to 15th calendar day before the date of the stay;

- 90% of holiday total sum, for written cancellations received from 14th to the calendar day before the date of the stay;

- 100% of holiday total sum, in case of no show and / or early departure.
