The Village, situated in the Sardinia north coast, is composed of 145 apartments situated in nice cottages immersed in the nature at a few metres from the sea, all elegantly equipped both for Hotel and Residences accommodations.

The Village consists of hall / reception, multipurpose room (TV and reading), panoramic restaurant, typical restaurant grill – pizzeria, laundromat, boutique, bar – ice-creams.

The complex, situated at 120 mt from the sea, offers a very long and sandy beach; a part of the beach is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds and is reachable directly from the Village by a private path.

In the park there is a wonderful swimming-pool with fresh water (~ 25 x 12.5 mt), a swimming-pool for children, a wonderful equipped playground, a bowls ground, a wide area – square for relax and entertainment, a spacious box for night cabaret shows.

Guests can play infinite sport activities: canoe, aqua-gym, bowls, table tennis, swimming in the pool, step, aerobics, spinning bike (by reservation) and archery.
Then tennis, horse riding and five-a-side football (by payment, in structures near-by the Village).

In the little square everyday there are parlour games, sport competitions, baby club, junior club, dance nights, entertainment shows, all with guest collaboration!
