Eating well is always important, but even more on holiday! We have always placed great value on quality catering and a variety of choices, to give you a satisfying gastronomic experience. From 2023, by popular demand, half board is back here in Baiaverde!

We are very happy to fulfill the wishes of many loyal guests and new friends who also choose us for the quality of our cuisine.

Here are all the solutions designed for you:

  • Baiaverde’s super breakfast awaits all guests in Formula Hotel in the panoramic restaurant (open only for breakfast)
  • the “Baiaverde” restaurant/pizzeria/grill is open again for dinner with our direct management, kindness, smile and all the quality that has always distinguished our cuisine (included in the half board for guests in Formula Hotel and by reservation for those staying in residences and in Hotel room only formula)

What could be nicer than starting the morning with a view of the sea on the horizon and the inviting smell of a warm croissant or freshly baked fragrant bread?

Try it with a smidgen of our native eucalyptus honey, a specialty!

Croissants prepared by us, Carlo's famous cakes and his delicious biscuits, tasty omelettes, cold cuts and fresh cheeses, juices and squeezes, tea and coffee are just some of the temptations of the wide sweet and savoury buffet that awaits you every day at breakfast in the restaurant room.

Speaking of cheeses, unlike what is thought, ours is a tradition linked to sheep farming, and not to fishing, as would seem more obvious. Our fathers rarely went to the coast, while they concentrated on the highlands of the hinterland together with their flocks. Even today, sheep, goats and cows are still reared according to nature and produce exceptional milk! This is why our cheeses, both fresh and mature, are always of a high standard. Try the sheep's ricotta, a delight!

And that's just what it takes to get off on the right foot and enjoy diving in the sea and swimming pool and the many sports and recreational activities in the village.

 

 

"Baiaverde Village" Restaurant/Pizzeria/Grill

News 2023: the management of Baiaverde is back in this restaurant which is also a pizzeria/grill!
Here you can eat outdoors under a splendid covered veranda. Open for dinner, it offers a wide variety of appetizers, first and second courses of meet and sea, pizzas cooked in a wood-burning oven, fresh grilled meat and fish cooked on the grill and local cuisine.

 

 

Restaurant in the Hotel Formula

In our village you can live your time in the maximum freedom even at the table, choosing the Hotel formula in B&B.

  • B&B formula: the Hotel formula restaurant gives you a good morning with an continental buffet breakfast, both sweet and savoury.

For guests in Room Only and in B&B it is possible to purchase, on request and subject to availability, meals (dinner) at discounted rates at the  Restaurant / Pizzeria / Grill, inside the village.

 

Restaurant in Residence Formula

There are more dinner solutions for our customers who choose the Residence formula. It being understood that the apartments are functionally equipped to prepare and consume meals comfortably, as an alternative to "do it yourself", the following are available inside the village:

Bar: open all day from 10/6 to 15/09, it offers sandwiches and grilled toast, as well as ice cream and various snacks.

Panoramic restaurant of the Hotel: open for breakfast from 10/06 to 30/09. At the reception it is possible to buy, subject to availability, single meal vouchers for breakfast or booklets at discounted rates.

“Baiaverde Village” restaurant/pizzeria/grill: open for dinner from 10/06 to 30/09, it offers a rich menu of pizzas cooked in a wood-burning oven, fresh grilled meat and fish, traditional local dishes, etc. Themed evenings are also organized with special menus: Sardinian dinner.

Along the coast of San Pietro a Mare (about 400 m across the seafront) or in Valledoria (about 1.5 km), various solutions are also available for lunch and dinner: delicatessens, takeaways, pizzerias, pubs and restaurants.

Exellent apartments in the shady area. Very comfort even in the hottest days of August. It possible to play tennis. Great pizzeria on site. Animators organaze a lot of activites during the day. Very interesing varied evening programm.
