Eating well is always important, but on holiday more! We have always valued quality catering and a variety of choices, so that you can enjoy a satisfying gastronomic experience. Our master chef Carlo has been with us for 25 years, he knows the guests and their tastes and when he can, he will gladly satisfy them.

The village offers two solutions, the panoramic restaurant of the Hotel formula, with traditional cuisine and the restaurant/pizzeria/grill “There’s room for you” (with a la carte menu on payment), which offers an easier and faster service in the evening. What do they have in common? The freshness of the local raw materials, the variety of proposals, the excellent flavours.

The Hotel formula restaurant

At breakfast

What could be nicer than starting the morning with a view of the sea on the horizon and the inviting smell of a warm croissant or freshly baked fragrant bread?

Try it with a smidgen of our native eucalyptus honey, a specialty!

Croissants prepared by us, Carlo's famous cakes and his delicious biscuits, tasty omelettes, cold cuts and fresh cheeses, juices and squeezes, tea and coffee are just some of the temptations of the large sweet and savoury buffet that awaits you every day at breakfast in the restaurant room.

Speaking of cheeses, unlike what is thought, ours is a tradition linked to sheep farming, and not to fishing, as would seem more obvious. Our fathers rarely went to the coast, while they concentrated on the highlands of the hinterland together with their flocks. Even today, sheep, goats and cows are still reared according to nature and produce exceptional milk! This is why our cheeses, both fresh and mature, are always of a high standard. Try the sheep's ricotta, a delight!

And that's just what it takes to get off on the right foot and enjoy diving in the sea and swimming pool and the many sports and recreational activities in the village.



At lunch

If you also want to have lunch at the restaurant, we have provided "fast menu" (included in the full board) with simple and quick summer dishes for adults and children, to resume your activities and diving in the water safely and with a pleasant feeling of lightness.


At dinner

Our dishes of the day are super genuine and based on meat, fish and vegetables. We like international recipes but especially those of the Sardinian tradition, based on fresh ingredients selected by our master chef Carlo himself!

Taste the fregola and the Sardinian gnocchetti, handmade pasta made by hands with long experience, just like our grandmothers used to prepare it.

These dishes find the perfect combination to our typical wines, such as Vermentino di Gallura, white, or, if you like full-bodied reds, focus on a Cannonau.

Our bread is carasau, a thin, crisp, light paff pastry... To fall in love!

We Sardinians like to finish the meal with a sip of myrtle liqueur. There are two versions, white and black, one better than the other. Myrtle is a spontaneous shrub that covers our territory and gives us these miraculous berries! You can find the best qualities offered by the territory in our central bar.


At the Hotel formula restaurant breakfast is buffet style, while lunch and dinner are served at the table.



For children

Carlo also takes care of your children, preparing every day tailor-made dishes based on selected, natural and always fresh raw materials. Here you will not find packaged products, but only freshly prepared.


Restaurant/Pizzeria/Griglieria "There's room for you"

In the village we have a second restaurant which is also a pizzeria/grill shop where you can eat outside, under a beautiful covered veranda. Open only for dinner, it offers a wide variety of pizzas cooked in the wood oven, salads, fresh grilled meat and barbecued fish and local dishes.



Catering in the Hotel Formula

In our village you can live your time in the maximum freedom even at the table, choosing between the Hotel formula in B&B, half board or full board. The Formula Hotel restaurant is available from 12 June to 9 October 2021.

  • B&B formula: the Hotel formula restaurant gives you a good morning with an international buffet breakfast, both sweet and savoury.
  • Half board formula: buffet breakfast and dinner with table service, full menu with cold starter, choice between two first courses, choice between two second courses and choice between two side dishes, fruit or dessert, water and home-made wine (included)
  • Full board formula: buffet breakfast, light lunch with table service offering the possibility to choose from the fast menu a first course and mixed fruit at the end of the meal, or a second course with mixed fruit at the end of the meal, water in jug and house-made wine included. Dinner with table service, full menu with cold starter, choice between two first courses, choice between two first courses and choice between two side dishes, fruit or dessert, water and house-made wine (included)

On request and at no extra charge, specific menus are available for babies and children from 0 to 3 years old, everything is prepared daily. Just because we pay attention to the freshness and genuineness of the products, it is possible to request for your children: cream of rice, vegetable soup, vegetable purée, white meat or veal purée, mini-hamburger, mini-wurstel, omelette, spreadable fresh cheese, steamed house fish, smoothies to choose from the fresh fruit available.
Please note that no other early childhood products are available (e.g. packaged, homogenized, freeze-dried, etc.).

New: for the guests in Room Only, B&B and half board, there is the possibility to use the restaurant of the Hotel formula also at lunch time; from 13/06 to 11/09, a "fast" menu with children's dishes, first and second courses of the day, compound dishes, salads, mixed fruit is available (service on payment, bookable day by day on site, with limited places).

For guests with half board and full board there is the possibility to replace (at no extra charge) the dinner at the Hotel formula restaurant with a fixed menu dinner at the Village pizzeria (service subject to internal regulations, bookable day by day on site and with limited places).


Catering in Residence Formula

There are several solutions for lunch and dinner for our guests who choose the Residence formula. While the apartments are equipped in a functional way to prepare and consume meals comfortably, as an alternative to "do it yourself", inside the village are available:
Bar in the square: open all day from 13/6 to 11/09, offers sandwiches and grilled toast, as well as ice cream and various snacks.
Hotel's panoramic restaurant: open for three meals a day from 13/06 to 11/09. At the reception desk it is possible to buy, subject to availability, individual meal vouchers for the daily menu or carnet at reduced rates.
Restaurant / Pizzeria / Grill "There is room for you": open in the evening from 30/05 to 30/09, offers a rich menu of pizzas cooked in a wood oven, fresh grilled meat and fish, traditional local dishes, salads, etc.. In July and August there are also theme evenings with special menus: Fisherman's dinner and Sardinian dinner.

Along the coast of San Pietro a Mare (about 400 m by beach) or in Valledoria (about 1,5 km), there are also different solutions for lunch and dinner: delicatessens, take-aways, pizzerias, pubs and restaurants.
