There are those who love the Hotel Formula to always have everything at their disposal.

A holiday with all the services included, from the room to the restaurant.

By choosing the Hotel Formula you can benefit from these services:

Room Only: overnight stay with a small breakfast kit (espresso coffee pod, kettle, choice of tea and herbal teas, packaged croissant).
Bed & Breakfast service: bed and breakfast buffet served at the Hotel formula restaurant is available from 27/05 to 30/09/2023
For guests in Room Only and in B&B it is possible to purchase, on request and subject to availability, meals (dinner) at discounted rates at the Restaurant / Pizzeria / Grill, inside the village.
Small guest kit: families with children from 0 to 2 years old can request, at the time of booking, with extra charge (subject to availability) the baby kit, with "camping cot" rental, activation of kitchenette with gas stove or electric plate, "basic" equipment of dishes and pot to heat or steam your own baby food; the "special" baby kit, with additional equipment (compared to the baby kit) of high chair, bottle warmer, bath tub and rocking chair.
Service center with hall/reception, multipurpose room dedicated to TV and reading, free WiFi with limited access, bar/ice-cream shop, laundromat.
Supplies: at the bazaar/minispace inside the village (open from 10/06 - 15/09) you can buy basic necessities such as long-life food products, personal hygiene and body care products, beach items - toys, beach towels, entertainment t-shirts and various gadgets - tobacco and newspapers. In Valledoria, the little town which is about 1.5 km from the village, there are various kinds of shops, hypermarkets and shopping centres with everything you need for shopping. There are also banks with ATM service, post office, pharmacy and medical guard. The village can be reached by own car or by renting bicycles from the village with basket, at the bazaar.
Laundry: in the small square in front of the pizzeria there is a laundry room (open from 27/05 to 30/09) with coin-operated washing machines, coin-operated dryers, ironing board and iron. The coins for washing machines and/or dryers can be purchased at Reception. Several professional laundries are also available in Valledoria..

Beach: from 10/06 to 15/09, hotel formula guests can enjoy the "guaranteed" beach service (1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per suite) at the private beach with beach surveillance. With the exception of a limited number of beach umbrellas reserved in the first two rows for guests staying in "deluxe" suites, the seat allocation is free depending on the time of arrival at the beach. Guests with accommodation in deluxe suites, will enjoy the first and second row, with free seat allocation, depending on the time of arrival at the beach.
Guest assistance: all the staff of the village is constantly available to advise and support guests with regard to any need. For this purpose we have set up a special service dedicated to assistance. Every day Denise, the Guests’ relations manager, the first contact person of the village director, is available to offer information and suggestions to make the most of your stay and the entertainment opportunities inside and outside the village and to resolve any doubts or problems of any nature. For any need Denise is available to guests in the multi-purpose room adjacent to the reception.
Facilities and recreational activities: swimming pool for adults and children (available from 27/05 to 30/09) surrounded by pine forest, shaded playground; table tennis, canoes and Stand up paddle on the beach from about mid-June to about mid-September and a varied programme of leisure and recreational activities, thanks to the Club Formula (active from 10/06 to 16/09).
Optional services (at extra charge): bikes and stroller rental (at the Bazaar).
Animals: not allowed.
Parking: parking place available, some places are free and some to pay, unattended

Do you love a vacation with no schedules and your own space? Here in Baiaverde you can choose the Residence formula and spend your holiday in spacious and equipped two- and three-room apartments immersed in a beautiful and cool pine forest.

So, you can live your holiday as you like, following your own rhythm and at the same time, taking advantage of all the services inside the Village.

Services for guests with the Residence formula

The freedom of a home, the comforts of a village

The services of Residence Formula:

Service center with hall/reception, multipurpose room dedicated to TV and reading, free WiFi with limited access with coverage at the reception and bar, internet point (extra charge), bar/ice-cream shop, laundromat, pizzeria/grill (open every day for dinner from 27/05 to 30/09).
Linen: the apartments are rented with the linen assortment: 1 kit per person with bed and bath linen. On arrival, the "Economy" and "Silver" apartments are delivered with the first set of bed and bath linen, placed on the beds; the "Gold" and "Prestige" apartments are delivered with the same set but with the beds already prepared on arrival. For a minimum stay of 14 nights, a second complete kit (included in the rental price) is supplied and can be picked up at the village laundry the Sunday after the arrival day. In case of need, it is possible to buy the rental of additional kits at the reception. Kitchen linen is not available.

Beach: guests in the residence formula, who wish to use the beach umbrellas and sunbeds at the equipped beach of the village, can buy - subject to availability - the beach service (1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per apartment) at the reception. With the exception of a limited number of umbrellas reserved in the first two rows for guests staying in "deluxe" suites, the seat allocation is free depending on the time of arrival at the beach. In any case, there are large areas of non-equipped and free beach, bordering the equipped and supervised stretch of beach in concession to the village. Spaces and wide expanses of sand are one of the strengths of the stretch of beach in front of the village. The beach service is available from 10/06 to 15/09.

Escogimos el hotel residence al verlo pir google maps por situación, ha sido un grandisimo descubrimiento, por situación del hotel y por lo que te ofrece. Fuimos en familia con dos niñas pequeñas y es perfecto para las familias, desde allí puedes visitar todo el norte de la isla. Volveremos

Una estancia muy agradable. Todo el personal muy atento y amable. Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados, la única pega es no tener lavadora dentro del propio apartamento.
Muy divertida la animación nocturna.

Excelente lugar en el norte de Cerdeña, realmente un mini paraíso, muy bien ubicado, el lugar es precioso lleno de pino y se preocupan que siempre este ordenado y limpio. La piscina genial y con salvavidas al igual que la playa que esta solo a un par de pasos del lugar. Para los mas pequeño hay entretenimiento así como también un equipo que se preocupa que se entretengan con baile y actividades. Nuevamente 100% recomendado.
