BOOKINGS WITH APPLICATION OF OFFERS AND SPECIAL DISCOUNTS (DEAL – OFFER – INDICATION OF THE DISCOUNT PERCENTAGE) *

BOOKINGS WITH SPECIAL OFFER APPLICATIONS (e.g. ”Early booking” or ”Super early booking) AND ALL THE RESERVATION THAT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT AS CONFIRMATION OF THE STAY:
- loss of the amount of the confirmation deposit for cancellations communicated by email up to 7 calendar days before the start date of the stay;
- penalty of 70% of the total holiday (to pay by bank transfer or credit card), for cancellations communicated by email from the sixth to the calendar day set as the start date of the stay;
- penalty of 90% of the total price of the holiday (to pay by bank transfer or credit card), in case of no-show;
- 100% of the total holiday (by bank transfer or credit card), in case of early departure
RESERVATIONS WITH NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
Reservations with a non refundable rate cannot be cancelled and/or modified so that, in case of cancellation and/or modification, 100% of the total amount will be lost.
PLEASE NOTE:
- For reservations with a credit card as a guarantee, the Club Hotel Residence Baiaverde reserves the right to verify the full coverage of the booking amount on the indicated credit card, requesting pre-authorization from the relevant circuit. After the deadline for free cancellation, the Club Hotel Residence Baiaverde is authorized, at any time, to withdraw the entire amount of the holiday from the credit card indicated at the time of booking confirmation.
- By confirming the reservation, Club Hotel Residence Baiaverde is authorized to charge the credit card indicated, the amounts due as a penalty in the event of cancellation, no-show and early departure, as provided for in this booking contract. This condition is irrevocable. The penalty of 100% of the entire amount is valid even if the customer interrupts the stay that has already begun.
BOOK WITH BESAFE RATE
The BeSafe Rate guarantees cancellation for unforeseen events and offers a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the regulations of the Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking.
BeSafe Rate Payment Policy
The full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
The rate includes 10% VAT. The rate does not include the tourist tax.

Dear guest, even in case of cancellation with application of the penalties provided, you will always be able to recover the amount of the penalty. Subject to our availability, you can make a new reservation during the same season.
