Cancellation policies
Cancellation policies applied by Baiaverde Residence Club Hotel both in Hotel Formula and Residence Formula.
RESERVATIONS WITH OFFICIAL RATES *
In case of cancellation of a reservation confirmed by the customer in the periods from 27/05 to 13/10/2023, the cancellation policies provide for:
- No penalty in case of cancellation communicated up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date;
- 100% penalty, for cancellations communicated later or in case of no-show and/or early departure.

BOOKINGS WITH SPECIAL OFFER APPLICATIONS (e.g. ”Book early Hotel and Residence”):
In case of cancellation of a reservation confirmed by the guest, the cancellation policies provide
- Loss of the amount of the deposit (paid at the time of booking confirmation by bank transfer or credit card), for cancellations communicated in writing up to 7 calendar days before the start date of stay;
- Penalty of 70% of the total amount of the holiday (to be paid by bank transfer or credit card), for cancellations communicated in written form from the sixth to the calendar day foreseen as the start date of the stay;
- Penalty of 90% of the total amount of the holiday (to be paid by bank transfer or credit card), in case of no-show;
- Penalty of 100% of the total amount of the holiday (to be paid by bank transfer or credit card), in case of early departure.
RESERVATIONS WITH NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
Reservations with a non refundable rate cannot be cancelled and/or modified so that, in case of cancellation and/or modification, 100% of the total amount will be lost.
Book Safely
Dear guest, even in case of cancellation with application of the penalties provided, you will always be able to recover the amount of the penalty. Subject to our availability, you can make a new reservation during the same season.
