Birdwatching along the Coghinas river is a trip dedicated to observing some bird species in a very evocative and unusual natural setting. A fascinating experience, but also educational for children.
The river mouth is home to a nature reserve of approximately 275 hectares which constitutes the most significant wetland area in northern Sardinia and is populated by numerous species of resident and migratory birds that nest among the reeds on the banks and on the river islets.
