There are those who love to experience the sea feeling all the adrenaline of the challenge, acrobatics and speed. Those who conquer it by speeding on the water and breathing the fresh air with full lungs. At Baiaverde village there is also room for these sensations. Thanks to the partnership with the A.S.D. Valledoria Watersports association, you can book one or more individual and collective courses in wakeboard, kite surf and stand up.
Wakeboard is a variant of water skiing. You are towed at low speed by a motorboat. It's fun and suitable for everyone, definitely easier if you have good muscle and physical training that facilitates balance. Lessons last 15 minutes and, once you get familiar with the discipline, within a few lessons, you can also try jumps and rotations. All equipment is provided by the organization to carry out the activity safely. Courses are available from April to October and are recommended from 12 years of age.
Stand up is the water activity of the moment! Suitable for everyone, particularly recommended for families even with children. You stand balanced, standing, on a surfboard and push yourself with a paddle. Alone or in a group you can explore river banks or stretches of sea. Falls in the water and small races, within the group, are part of the fun. All equipment is provided by the organization. Lessons and group outings are available from April to October. The activity is recommended from 12 years of age.
Kitesurf allows you to be pushed by the wind, on a surfboard that glides on the water, guided by a large sail that soars in the sky. To understand what it's about, you need to look at the images and try the discipline. Unlike the sports described so far, it requires theoretical and technical preparation. We can say that the first lessons constitute an approach to the discipline. Individual or collective lessons are available from April to October. The activity is recommended from 12 years of age for the approach and from 16 years to practice it according to the law.
