Do you love a holiday without schedules and with your own space? At Baiaverde you can choose the residence formula and spend your holiday in spacious, well-equipped one- and two-bedroom apartments immersed in a beautiful, cool pine forest. This way, you can enjoy your holiday at your own pace while still using all the services available inside the village.
Residence-formula services give you the freedom of a home with all the comforts of a holiday village. The service centre offers lobby and reception, a multipurpose room for TV and reading, free Wi‑Fi with limited access, bar and ice cream parlour, coin-operated laundry, and a pizzeria & grill open every day for dinner from 1 June to 30 September.
Apartments are rented with linen set: 1 kit per person including bed and bath linen. Upon arrival, Economy and Silver apartments are delivered with the first linen supply placed on the beds; Gold and Prestige have the same supply but with beds already made. For stays of at least 14 nights, a second complete kit is provided (included in the rental fee) and can be collected at the village laundry on the Sunday following the arrival day. Extra kits can be rented at reception if needed. Kitchen linen is not provided.
In Valledoria (about 1.5 km away) you’ll find shops, supermarkets and shopping centres, plus banks/ATMs, post office, pharmacy and medical service. The town can be reached by car or by renting village bicycles with basket at the bar.
In the small square in front of the pizzeria there is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, plus ironing board and iron, open from 1 June to 30 September. Tokens can be purchased at reception. Professional laundries are also available in Valledoria.
Residence guests who wish to use umbrellas and sunbeds on the village equipped beach can purchase (subject to availability) beach service with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per apartment at reception. With the exception of a limited number of umbrellas reserved in the first two rows for deluxe suite guests, seat assignment is free depending on arrival time at the beach. In any case, there are wide areas of free, un-equipped beach adjacent to the equipped and supervised area managed by the village. Beach service is available from 6 June to 11 September.
All village staff are constantly available to advise and support guests for any need. For this purpose we have established a special assistance service. Every day Denise, the guest relations manager and main point of contact for the village director, is available to provide information and suggestions to enjoy your stay and both internal and external leisure opportunities.
Recreational facilities and activities include a pool for adults and children (available from 1 June to 30 September), a shaded playground under the pine forest, table tennis, canoes and stand up paddle on the beach from mid-June to mid-September, and mini & junior club active from 6 June to 11 September. Optional services with supplement include camping cot rental, high chair rental, and baby special kit (cot, high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and rocking bouncer). Pets are not allowed. Free and paid (unattended) parking is available.
