Some guests love the hotel formula to have everything always available. A holiday with services included, from the room to the restaurant. By choosing the hotel formula you can enjoy: room only, aparthotel, bed & breakfast and half board.
Room only
Room only includes overnight stay, daily tidying of the accommodation unit and a small breakfast kit in the room (espresso coffee pod, kettle, selection of tea and herbal infusions, packaged croissant).
Aparthotel
Aparthotel includes overnight stay, daily tidying of the accommodation unit and use of the kitchenette to prepare meals. Cleaning dishes and daily tidying of the kitchenette are the guest’s responsibility.
Bed & Breakfast
Bed & breakfast includes overnight stay, daily tidying of the accommodation unit and buffet breakfast served at the hotel-formula restaurant (available from 1 June to 30 September 2026).
Half board
Half board includes buffet breakfast at the hotel-formula restaurant and dinner served at the table at the Baiaverde Village restaurant/pizzeria/grill (available from 1 June to 30 September).
For guests in room only, aparthotel and B&B, it is possible to purchase (on request and subject to availability) dinner meal vouchers at discounted rates at the village restaurant/pizzeria/grill.
Families with children aged 0–2 can request (at booking time, with supplement and subject to availability) the baby kit, including camping cot rental, kitchenette activation (gas hob or electric plate), basic cookware and a small pot to heat baby food. The baby special kit includes an additional high chair, bottle warmer, baby bath and rocking bouncer.
The service centre offers lobby and reception, a multipurpose room for TV and reading, free Wi‑Fi with limited access, bar and ice cream parlour, and coin-operated laundry. In Valledoria (about 1.5 km away) you’ll find shops, supermarkets and shopping centres, plus banks/ATMs, post office, pharmacy and medical service. The town can be reached by car or by renting village bicycles (with basket) at the central bar.
In the small square in front of the pizzeria there is a laundry room (open from 1 June to 30 September) with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, plus ironing board and iron. Tokens can be purchased at the village reception. Professional laundries are also available in Valledoria.
From 6 June to 11 September, guests in deluxe suites (hotel formula) have guaranteed beach service, with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per suite reserved in the first two rows at the private beach with lifeguard supervision. For guests in classic, superior and superior sea view suites (hotel formula) and for residence guests, beach service is available for a fee (subject to availability) and can be requested during booking or on-site at reception.
All village staff are constantly available to advise and support guests for any need. For this purpose we have established a special assistance service. Every day Denise, the guest relations manager and main point of contact for the village director, is available to provide information and suggestions to enjoy your stay and both internal and external leisure opportunities.
Recreational facilities and activities include a pool for adults and children (available from 1 June to 30 September) surrounded by the pine forest, shaded playground, table tennis, canoes and stand up paddle on the beach from about mid-June to about mid-September, and mini & junior club (from 4 years old) active from 6 June to 11 September. Optional services with supplement include bike and stroller rental at the bar. Pets are not allowed. Free and paid (unattended) parking is available.
